  • (I didnt write this) Pedialyte does work, just an FYI, I am diabetic, and pedialyte has saved me from DKA (look it up) and had saved my life, yes I shouldn't be drinking while diabetic, but I do, so don't hate on the girl please, what may not work for you, may work for someone else

  • Yeah, it would work...Pediatric for the electrolytes and ReBul for the energy...but Gatorade would do the same and be cheaper than Pedia

    • Gatorade is for otherwise healthy people who sweat a lot; Pedialyte tends to be given to sick people who are in danger of dehydrating.
