    • Whenever there are cops on bike patrol, there is always at least one cruiser with a pair of officers around for back up. Most bicycle patrols are set up to handle crowds and other scenes that on foot is too slow, motorcycles are too noisy and cars are to big to patrol.

  • I have done that, but the downside is... To get away you have to run very fast for a pretty long time, and by the time you escape, you are more or less sober. Totally not worth it!
