• How is that even a question? Toilet paper is easily stolen from public places.\n\nOn a serious note, I would like to see the eyebrows that need waxing so badly that one is willing to forgo toilet paper. We have many luxuries in the first world. Toilet paper is in the top 3 things that I would miss should this country's fortunes greatly change. I'd find some Goodwill tweezers. Just saying.
