this comes from a youtube video called I Love Juniors about hockey - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_fHQZ9K-oQ - at about 2:05 you hear the "2 on the road is a 10 at home" line
Means he's got an opportunity to score with a 2 (out of ten, with ten being hella hot, and one being butt fugly.) His mistake is some fantasy rule where the 2 becomes a 10 when traveling and was asking if said made up rule applies to college. He needs to apply the same rules that he has from home to college.
