• we float various rivers in california on innertubes on a fairly regular basis. Never has anyone gotten a dui as there is no motor propelling you, however a few of my friends have gotten drunk in public. I would be highly suprised if indiana is giving people dui's on rafts.

  • A guy in my town got a dui on a skate board...if they want to they can give you one. Im sure it depends on how much of a jack ass the person is being

• the law in Indiana is that if it helps you move, it's operating while intoxicated. I think the poor guy got lied to.

• we tube rivers with coolers full of beer tied to our tubes. cops never say anything. i think you have to be on or next to a road or somewhere you would be around traffic to get a dui.
