  • How do you know it is heart failure? Does she have bilateral pulmonary edema due to left ventriular failure? Does she have rales bilaterally more than 1/3 of the way up? Does she have 3 pitting edema in her distal extremities? Was she treated with high flow oxygen, sublingual nitroglycerine, CPAP, lasix or any other loop diuretic? Did you consider rapid sequence endotracheal intibation? Where is your EKG, blood gas values or vitals to support this ridiculous coclusion? I'm so sick of you goddamned kid
