4:17, I hope you don't have a heart attack from all that legal speed you're taking. There is no easy way to drink and lose weight, because alcohol is pure liquid calories and your body will metabolize it before it metabolizes whatever else you eat. Be healthy and drink less, moron.
Hey, I'm on this diet. I have a slimfast a day and drink as much red wine as I like. If I feel faint I'll eat some cheese or something. I lost 10 pounds in like a week. Eat at least one halfway decent meal every few days. And by that I mean, lean cuisine.
wow, some of these ppl above are DESTROYING their metabolism. you go through all these crazy lengths to lose weight but taking a walk once a day is too much for you?? skinny but soft and flabby is never a good look. once you take off your skin tight jeans....ugh

this is possible...me and friends did it allll the time (ex ballerinas) we ate (healthy albeit ) and we drank almost everynight to the point of no return....got super sick puked everything up and the next morning nothing was different. and no hangovers is the bonus:D!
Ethanol has no nutritional value, it just gets metabolized and pissed out. So if you drink high proof booze you won't gain any weight. Beer is high in calories so it makes you gain weight when those calories aren't used. I'm losing weight like crazy right now because I switched from beer to vodka and whiskey, plus I lift weights and run.
just go for a run....it's the easiest way....stop eating so much...drink more red wine than beer/white wine....i dunno - stay away from fast food too. i drink a lot, i run a lot, I lift weights 3 to 4 times a week, and I have a good 33 inch waist on a 5'9" frame....and I have a horrible metabolism on top of all that...a total fat kid at heart...just move your body more.
for real, all the skinny girls i know have a drink in their hand 24-7, powder in their nose, and a cig in the other hand... but they'll be dead or covered in wrinkles in lets say, 10 years? there's pros and cons to every "diet"

Bacardi (the clear kind) and Diet Coke is ZERO calories, ZERO carbs.
Try not to drunk eat, and if you do, get grilled chicken instead of fried, etc.

swap beer for red wine and also swap chocolate for about 25-30 grammes of sweet popcorn, there is hardly any fat in it! but then thats british popcorn, i dont know of american popcorn is the same dont you cover it in butter?
also make sure you do lots of cardio to burn the fat and weight training and lots of toning excercises so you dont get the excess skin some people get cause thats just disgusting!
