  • The person never said they were drunk, just that they were presenting to the mayor in 7 mins. Being able to tell if he/ or she had consumed alcohol, even only a bit, they could still get in trouble. Plus the person could be a light weight, who knows.

  • Maybe the person is not drunk, just in a rush. If they are drunk, then it seems that such a lightweight would for sure notice their coffee was spiked. Or, maybe they're just really dumb, and it doesn't matter about the coffee because the presentation would be fail anyway.

      • To get that drunk off kahlua you'd have to either be pulling shot after shot or drink about a dozen cup after cup of coffee feigning igonorance. Kahlua is only 20% alcohol content by volume, almost as weak as wine. This is so fake it boggles the mind.
