  • Yes they do. I'm sober now, but I have two DUI's under my belt and was pulled over 3 times, given the field test and let off before those and was asked to say the alphabet backwards almost every time. Its because they're looking for you to have trouble and say "C'mon I can't even do that sober." My lawyer clued me into that.
