• This is obviously fake, everyone knows ambulances only use the sirens when it is an emergency!

• How bright are you? Ofcourse u can hear the sirens from inside the ambulances.. they arent sound proof.

• As a first responder. \n\n You can clearly hear the siren from any seat in the ambulance or other emergency rigs. Unless if the patient was in critical condition.
