  • Okay, first of all... note that its around the nipple rings. AKA they have previously taken a needle and shoved it through their nipples. Nipple piercings qualify as a surface piercing which never fully heels. Basically, it is a permanent open wound which when disrupted can bleed or ooze gunk. I am going to guess that they were having sex and the partner involves decided to play with them excessively thus causing the wound to be agitated. Hence... the blood.
