Gonorrhea and chlamydia can usually be detected within a few weeks, but syphilis can take a few months and HIV can take anywhere from a month up to a year for antibodies to develop and show up on a test. And those are the only ones commonly screened for if you don't have symptoms - herpes and HepB aren't usually done w/o known exposure or symptoms & there is no screening test for HPV/genital warts or trichomoniasis.
